a FABULOUS job on training today, for both teams! :D
it's exciting to think that we only have FIVE more official trainings before the big day. but we've been working real hard and our efforts are just gonna make us so proud when we show everyone else what we're made of.
here's a reminder to think through all the things that we've perfected, and the individual details and that you need to take care of. listen to the music and get the feel. do your part to make sure that your performance is flawless.
remember, we're only moving UP from here,
no more complacency and slipping back down to square one.

Wah, so happy to be able to post sth!
Just a reminder, this week last training will be : SATURDAY, 10 A.M, PA. 9:15 A.M for MRT people. The IP will train first so if u happened to come early (or late), just come in first. Haha and DON'T BE LATE LOL!!!
Ok and ... oh yeah, bring your costumes with you. 6 pieces for guys and 7 pieces for girls, exclusive of the plates.

it's been a great week where every dancer has been putting in effort! :D
but a new week is approaching,
so may every dancer now put in his or her BEST effort!
give until you have no more to give, and still give!
here's comes the real test of our standard


things to reflect over:
- sets that we went through this week (four of them!)
- basic things like posture, firmness, strength, control, timing, bending
- formation and synchronization

trainings this week:
monday: 5pm TB11!
tuesday: 4pm
thursday: 715am and 4pm
friday (ip team only): 12pm
saturday: 830am (ip team), 1030am (jc team)
