KEEP UP THE GOOD EFFORT - we need to continue pushing if we want to achieve! (:
our very first monday training was a good one - KEEP IT UP! :D
and rest as much as you possibly can!

here's the video of today's dance. please watch YOURSELF and how you move, feel the music, interact with others, PERFORM and dance.
- take note of yourself and see how you can improve
- are your moves full enough?
- are you executing the moves properly? (bending enough, sharp moves, posture, counting..)
- is your energy level there? (high energy, clear moves)
- are you coordinated with the music and fellow dancers?
- are you FEELING the music?
- are you PERFORMING?
watch and correct before cikgu comes tmr please. this is VERY IMPORTANT.

- perfect the choreography
- execute moves properly
- get the footwork and posture correct!
- REMEMBER all your steps
