hello dancers (: our performance is this saturday HOW EXCITING!! :D here is the plan. it's going to be filled with action so pay careful attention!!


Hair-in-charge:
Girls: Gwen, aqilah, shairah. Guys: uh use lots of spray!!


Makeup-in-charge:
Girls: Lissya, ly, Phuong, daisy. Guys: help each other!!


EVERYONE ELSE: try to put on foundation yourself, or help each other.


Groupings:
- Jenny, Geraldine, yuan, an, jeanette
- Sara, thu, dengxuan, Alison, khue
- Hazi, joycelyn, charmaine, joey, Eunice
- Guys: just do it yourselves or as one big group okay!


Last few to do: huiwei, lizhu (physics spa), gwen, Phuong, lissya, ly, shairah, aqilah, daisy.


Procedure:

1. Reach school by 7am! (SHARP PLEASE). Try to reach earlier people, you can start doing the foundation and getting into costumes first. PLEASE COME IN BODY SUITS and TIGHTS.


2. START SHARPLY AT 7AM! I/Cs, please station yourselves and get ready to start as soon as possible. First group to go will be jenny’s group for hair, and sara’s group for makeup. Hazi’s group will get dressed in FULL costumes first.


3. After 30mins, SWITCH! Try to keep to the time because time is very limited. We try to make the meeting time not as early so try to be cooperative, don’t spend time talking and chit-chatting! Try to finish the group latest by 45mins!


4. Then, jenny’s group will get dressed up in FULL costumes, sara’s group will do their hair and hazi’s group will do their makeup.


5. ROTATE AFTER 30MINUTES AGAIN! Remember, at most 45minutes! Please take your own initiative. If your group has finished, you can go and help one another out. Like help others who have done their hair and makeup get dressed first or something.


6. Then yah, rotate again. I think I need not say the cycle again right. Do whatever you’ve not done yet.


7. For the guys, sorry for neglecting you all but you guys are quite independent and fast right. So please among yourselves, help each other out. The senior dancers please guide your juniors along, teach them how to do makeup and stuff. Juniors, pay attention and offer help! you guys have two hours to get everyone ready - full costumes, manly makeup, spiky hair. If the guys are done fast, see if you can help the girls in any way or not. If not, RECALL YOUR STEPS!


8. We aim to finish everyone else (except huiwei, lizhu, and the I/Cs) by 9am latest!


9. Huiwei, lizhu and the I/Cs MUST be done by 10am LATEST! So, all those who are done, offer help! If you aren’t good enough to help out yet, stand at one side and LEARN. If not, please really do recall your steps!


10. We should be practicing at least once, maybe twice, before going off. Get into the mood! (:


11. Lizhu and huiwei will be having physics SPA from 8-9am, and saniah might not be dancing as she has SATs. Even so, that does not give you the excuse to laze around and talk even though the QMs are not around to remind you to move. We really seek your cooperation!
